What to include
- The sending number or short code (or caller ID)
- The date and time you received it
- A screenshot or the message text
- The phone number that received it
The more detail you can give us, the faster we can trace it.
Our commitment
We acknowledge reports within one business day, investigate, and take action on confirmed abuse — throttling, suspension, or termination of the offending program, plus opt-out enforcement and, where appropriate, reporting to carriers and authorities.
