We operate as Lead4u LLC, a Texas company (FCC FRN 0037434677). Before traffic is enabled, customers and partners are identified and vetted — verified business identity, use case, consent practices, and message/call content. We don’t enable unknown or unvetted senders, and we re-verify when a use case materially changes.
Voice traffic is originated through carrier partners that support STIR/SHAKEN caller-ID authentication. We use accurate, authorized caller IDs only — no spoofing and no manipulation of calling-party information.
We do not originate illegal robocalls. Voice and messaging traffic is consent-based, rate-limited, and monitored for complaint and opt-out signals. Confirmed abuse is throttled, suspended, or terminated, and we maintain records to support carrier and regulatory inquiries.
Marketing messages require prior express written consent; transactional reminders and confirmations are sent only to people who provided their number for that purpose. STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE / HELP are honored immediately. Practices follow the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA Messaging Principles.
Prohibited content and use cases — spam, phishing/smishing, SHAFT categories, fraud, and grey-routing — are defined in our Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging & SMS Policy, which also bind partners who send through us.
We cooperate promptly with the Industry Traceback Group, carriers, and lawful authorities on traceback and abuse investigations. Compliance and legal requests reach a monitored mailbox and are actioned without delay.
